Executive Assistant – Investment Management | Boston, MA Our client, a leading global investment management firm with a sophisticated platform spanning a broad range of investment strategies and a strong reputation in the industry, is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their growing team in Boston. Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior investment professionals and teams Manage complex calendars, including prioritization, conflict resolution, forward planning, and maximizing executive time Coordinate internal and external meetings, including rooms, visitors, technology, materials, agendas, catering, and follow-up Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and last-minute changes Build strong relationships with investors, internal partners, administrative colleagues, external contacts, and vendors Provide cross-coverage and backup support for other Executive Assistants Support team events, visitor logistics, onboarding, reporting, special projects, and process improvement initiatives Requirements: 3-6years of administrative or Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services, investment management, professional services, or another fast-paced environment Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities and complex scheduling needs Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve workflows and efficiency Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and know when to escalte Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships Ability to manage time-sensitive requests and changing priorities while remaining professional and composed $85K-$95K base salary, dependent on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC.
